Concha Radiofrequency (Shrinkage of Nasal Turbinates)

With the advancement of medical technology, concha radiofrequency applications have become increasingly popular in recent years, offering a highly successful treatment option for nasal turbinate hypertrophy. In this method, the internal part of the turbinate, which is rich in blood vessels and responsible for the functions of the nasal cavity, is reduced without touching the surface part inside the nose. Using a needle that is part of the radiofrequency device, the turbinate is entered, and radio waves are applied to shrink it. This is a straightforward procedure performed under local or general anesthesia, and due to its simplicity and short recovery time, it has become one of the most preferred treatment methods today.
